As Season 2 of Hurt continues filming, co-creator and star Craig Selbrede released an update for fans. The new season is set to premiere on YouTube and Sparkk TV in July of this year. As previously announced, Olivia contributed two episodes to the season. Her first is “Chapter Eleven: Maybe It Can Be Better,” the third episode. It is directed by Lucas Sanchez. Before Hurt, there was In-Betweener. Craig Selbrede, co-creator of Hurt, initially envisioned In-Betweener as a sci-fi look at who we all want to be. Olivia offered feedback on scripts as Selbrede worked to develop the format. When he decided to shoot the pilot, she stepped in to play “The Void,” a seemingly-helpful figure with an agenda of their own. While the rest of In-Betweener was put on the backburner, Selbrede took some of those same themes and applied them to Hurt, which he co-created with Liam Gilbey. Olivia is excited to announce that she will be joining the writing team for season two of the mental health dramedy “Hurt,” created by Craig Selbrede and Liam Gilbey.
