Olivia has been working in education in one form or another since her very first job. She’s worked with kids between the ages of 2-18 in classrooms, after-school, and summer camp settings. This has included special experience with English Language Learners (ELLs) and students with speech disorders.

As a full-time educator, Olivia has taught language arts, theatre, and creative writing to grades 6-8. She wants students to develop empathy and confidence while stretching their imaginations and asking questions about the world around them. She works to be an antiracist educator and create spaces of acceptable risk where everyone has a chance to make their voice heard.
